The conversation begins once you have reached out via email or phone. I will email over a brochure with the packages that we offer that will help you narrow down what service is a good fit for you and your event. Feel free to select multiple options if you’re still not sure and we can figure it out together!
Next I love to set up an in-person meeting where we can enjoy a cup of coffee and get to know each other more. During this meeting we chat about what stage of planning your wedding or event is in and how I can help you. We will chat about what your vision is, what you like, what you dislike and everything in between. This meeting is a great chance for both of us to see if we are a good fit for each other.
-Not located in the Prescott area? No problem! We can “meet in person” via video chat. We can go over the exact same information that we would in person, and you will still be able to get a good feel on if Avenue Events is what you’re looking for.
After our first meeting, feel free to take some time and talk with your fiancé. You can decide together if Avenue Events fits in with your wedding plans and budget.
Once the payment plan and contract are signed the planning begins!!
During the planning stages you will be working directly with me and we will work together to ensure that all the details are covered. On the wedding day I will have a small team of 1-2 people that will be onsite to assist in set up, styling, cleaning up and tearing down at the end of the event.
My goal is always to make YOUR vison and dream day a reality. I love seeing everything come together and giving you the support and reassurance that you’re in good hands!
